All car rentals from Aura Prime are subject to the following terms and conditions to ensure the highest levels of service and transparency:
Rental Requirements: The minimum age for renting luxury and sports cars is 25 years. UAE residents must provide a valid UAE driving license, while visitors are required to present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their passport and entry visa.
Security Deposit: A security deposit will be blocked on the renter’s credit card prior to vehicle handover. This block will be released within 14 to 21 business days after the vehicle is returned, to account for any delayed traffic fines or toll gate charges.
Toll Gates (Salik) and Fines: The renter is fully responsible for all “Salik” toll charges, parking fees, and traffic fines incurred during the rental period. These will be deducted directly from the security deposit, subject to a nominal administrative fee.
Mileage and Fuel Limits: A daily mileage allowance applies (varies by vehicle category and is stated in the contract). Any excess mileage will be charged at a specified rate per kilometer. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as supplied to avoid additional refueling charges.
