We understand that schedules can change, which is why we have designed a flexible cancellation policy that protects the rights of both parties:
Free Cancellation: Clients may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund (or deposit return) if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup time.
Late Cancellation Fees: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup time, a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental of the reserved vehicle will be charged.
No-Show Policy: If the client fails to arrive to collect the vehicle at the agreed time without prior notice, the reservation is considered void, and the client is not entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the client’s bank account or credit card within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank’s policies.
